Our retail stores operate independently from our online store. Online purchases cannot be exchanged or returned in-store, and store credit issued online cannot be redeemed in-store.

Return requests must be initiated within 5 days of delivery, and the return package must be scanned by the carrier within 5 days of the return being approved.
If either deadline is missed, the return will be automatically canceled, and no exceptions will be honored.
Instant Exchange: We place a temporary authorization hold on your card for the replacement item and ship the replacement right away.
If the return is not scanned within 5 days of initiating the exchange, the exchange will be automatically canceled, and the authorization hold will not be released.
Exchange After Return Is Received: We hold your replacement item and ship it once your return is received.
If the return is not scanned within 5 days of initiating the exchange, the exchange will be automatically canceled, and the held item will be released back into inventory.
