$6.99 flat-rate shipping on all domestic orders under $150.
Orders $150 and over ship free, unless the order contains clearance items.
Orders containing clearance items ship for $6.99 regardless of order value.
International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and carrier.
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Once an order is placed, it is immediately entered into our processing system. For this reason, all cancellation requests are treated the same as return requests, regardless of whether the order has already shipped.
If an item is returnable, any approved cancellation will be issued store credit only, in accordance with our return policy.
If an item is marked Final Sale, it cannot be canceled under any circumstances once the order is placed.
Requests to cancel Final Sale items will be declined, even if the order has not yet shipped.
By placing an order with London Kids Shoes, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
For international orders, please note the following important information regarding customs, duties, and brokerage fees:
While we make every reasonable effort to minimize customs duties and related fees, all duties, taxes, and brokerage charges are determined solely by the carrier and the destination country’s customs authorities. These charges are not controlled by London Kids Shoes and may be imposed by UPS at their discretion.
London Kids Shoes is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or brokerage fees charged by UPS or any other carrier.
If an international shipment is refused, returned, or abandoned due to unpaid duties or fees, the order will not be refunded, and shipping charges will not be reimbursed.
We are able to ship international orders via USPS, which often does not charge duties or brokerage fees. However, USPS shipments typically have significantly longer delivery times and more limited tracking.
If you prefer USPS for your international order, you must contact us immediately after placing your order to request this shipping method. Requests made after the order has shipped cannot be accommodated.

London Kids Shoes is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
